Shale shaker Screens’ materials include wire cloth,frame, steel backing plate and seal rubber.

Flat types screen panels are constructed with two or three 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth layers, with a steel backing plate combined together.

Steel frame shaker screen panels are constructed with two or three 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth layers with a steel backing plate and steel frame combined together.

Wave type screen panels are constructed with two or three 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth layers, after compounded and bended, with a steel backing plate combined together. Composite screen are constructed with two to four 304 stainless steel wire cloth layers combined compositely together,without steel backing plate.
